Consignments accepted!

Commission rates generally range from 10% for items selling for $5,000 and more to 15% for amount of an items price  more than $100. 25% on the value of under $100. All items that cross the block carry a $1 fee.

Example: Item sells for $300. 25% rate on the first $100 ($25). 15% on the balance $200 ($30) plus $1 per item fee. Net to consigner $234

Commission rates for items removed from estates vary depending on the amount of work and the value of the items.

We pick up items for consignment at additional charge. Moving fees are $150 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
