Jacques Dunham Drawings Sketchbook “Jurcen”. Pen and ink figural drawings & sketches for illustration. Jurcen is a comedy of justice by James Branch Cabell. Jacques Ralph Dunham. He was a man of the mid century design movement. Born in Paris 1922 to American parents, he lived most of his life in New York, where he died in 2002. He spent some interim years in Mexico during the 1950s. His paintings were striking elongated figures representing a new movement in figural painting.
